These services can be applied for directly through government channels at lower or no cost.
You have the right to complete immigration applications yourself through official government websites such as canada.ca. Our services provide professional expertise, document preparation, and guidance to enhance your application's quality and success potential.
We are an independent consulting firm providing professional immigration services. We are not employees, agents, or representatives of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or any other government department or agency.
What This Means:
- We cannot influence government decisions or processing times
- We do not have special access to government systems or officials
- All applications are subject to standard government review processes
- Government fees are separate from our consulting fees
Immigration officers employed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other government agencies have sole authority to make decisions regarding:
- Application approvals and refusals
- Processing times and priorities
- Document requirements and sufficiency
- Interview scheduling and outcomes
- Medical examination requirements
- Security and background checks
- Policy interpretation and application
- Appeal and review processes
Our Role:
We provide professional guidance, document preparation, and support to present your case effectively. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as all decisions rest with government officials who apply their discretion within established policies and procedures.

- False information regarding country of residence will result in immediate service termination
- We reserve the right to verify client location and citizenship status

- No refunds will be provided for services terminated due to sanctions violations

Fee Structure:
- Professional fees are separate from government fees
- All fees must be paid according to the signed service agreement
- Government fees are non-refundable and paid directly to authorities
- Additional fees may apply for expedited services or complex cases
