Refunds are calculated based on the stage of your immigration application process. The earlier you cancel, the higher the refund percentage you receive.

2. Digital Signature Requirement

Mandatory Acceptance: Clients must digitally sign accepting this policy during checkout before any payment can be processed.

Confirm understanding of refund percentages
Provide digital signature using secure platform
Receive timestamped confirmation of acceptance
Payment processing enabled only after signature

Legal Validity:

Digital signatures are legally binding under the Electronic Transactions Act and constitute your agreement to these refund terms.

Full refund if we cannot provide promised services due to regulatory changes, consultant unavailability, or other circumstances beyond client control.

Policy Changes (Partial Refund)

Refunds calculated based on work completed if government policy changes significantly affect your application strategy or eligibility.

Client Misrepresentation (No Refund)

No refund available if services are terminated due to client providing false information, document fraud, or other misrepresentation.
